Insurance
We can provide you with hard copy or emailed Invoices/Receipts should you wish to claim the cost of your treatment from your personal health insurance. We do not deal directly with Health Insurance Providers.

Accessibility
Our clinic is located at street level and is mobility friendly. Patient toilet available.
Home Visits can be arranged in EH4 and EH12.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and things crop up so you may need to cancel or move your appointment. We will work with you to accommodate this but we ask that you try to give us 48 hours’ notice when possible. Please try to avoid simply not turning up as we may have to consider charging you for the missed appointment which we would prefer not to do.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Apple pay, plus cheques and cash.
